This Level 1 class is designed for athletes ready to progress beyond basic skills and begin mastering front and back walkovers. With a strong emphasis on flexibility, control, and proper technique, athletes will learn the fundamentals needed to safely and confidently execute walkovers.
Through guided drills and skill progressions, athletes will develop strong bridges, kickovers, and body alignment while improving balance and coordination. Coaches focus on building strength, flexibility, and confidence to help athletes achieve smooth, controlled walkovers and prepare for the transition into handspring-based skills.
