15 Minutes – Jump Technique: Drills to perfect arm placement, timing, height, and clean execution of jumps such as toe touches, pikes, and hurdlers.
15 Minutes – Strength & Conditioning: Exercises to build core strength, endurance, and explosive power essential for jumps, tumbling, and stunting.
