Each 60-minute class is divided into focused segments to ensure balanced development:

  • 15 Minutes – Stretching & Flexibility: Targeted stretching to improve range of motion, prevent injury, and support skills like jumps and stunts.

  • 15 Minutes – Jump Technique: Drills to perfect arm placement, timing, height, and clean execution of jumps such as toe touches, pikes, and hurdlers.

  • 15 Minutes – Strength & Conditioning: Exercises to build core strength, endurance, and explosive power essential for jumps, tumbling, and stunting.

  • 15 Minutes – Performance & Motion Drills: Focus on sharp motions, placement, timing, and overall presentation to enhance performance on the mat.
