Spring Surge (Lvl. 2 BHS) TUESDAY NIGHTS 7-8pm

$50.00

This high-energy Level 2 class is designed for athletes ready to build power, confidence, and consistency in their tumbling. Athletes will focus on mastering proper technique for back and front handsprings, while developing strong bounders (rebounding connections) to link skills smoothly and with control. This class is ideal for athletes who have solid Level 1 skills (such as back walkovers and round-offs) and are ready to progress into more dynamic, connected tumbling.

Focus Areas:

  • Back & front handspring technique

  • Bounders and rebound control

  • Power, speed, and endurance

  • Skill connections and flow

  • Flexibility and strength development

Prerequisite: Strong round-off, back walkover, and/or front walkover with good control.

Perfect for athletes preparing for team placements, competitions, or advancing to higher-level tumbling.
